My Approach
I bring an attachment-focused and trauma-informed approach to my therapy practice.

In 1:1 therapy, we'll work together on building your strengths just as much as tackling your current challenges and stressors.
I work with the whole person, not just a set of diagnoses. Sometimes labels can be unhelpful in long-term recovery. Other times, they may provide a valuable reference point for you.

I integrate a range of approaches into my practice to best meet your specific therapeutic needs. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
